Piotr Z. Barełkowski, M.Sc. in Architecture, founder and owner of Studio ADS (founded in 1989) and Iron Tower Investment (founded in 2002). Author and co-author of many well-known projects awarded in prestigious architectural competitions. Multiple laureate of distinguished national and international awards. His creative work stands out as an excellent achievement of polish architecture recognizable in the international arena. Reputable supervisor of diploma papers at Poznań University of Technology. For many years member of Association of Polish Architects (SARP), Chamber of Polish Architects and BCC (Business Center Club).
He is the only architect who won The Joannes Baptista Quadro Award in four successive years. The Old Brewery of his design has been awarded many times worldwide and was regarded as the Best Shopping Center in the World in the medium-sized commercial buildings category. Together with Cuprum Arena Center it got through to the final of 2010 European Shopping Center Award competition.
